Lamp

This item looks to us like a mixture of items.  Globe is not marked. Brass oil well has Bailey Banks & Biddle Co. Phila Pa on the brass knobs. The bottom has a slight chip in top.  Not certain that the pink paint is original.  Looks like it was painted over.  Bottom reads:  Royal Bonn Germany g.4468

Any clues would be appreciated.

Machine looks like a toy or salemen's sample.  Towmotor is written on side and tires are marked goodyear.
